Famous Mo #17

Day #17 in Movember and while today’s daily mo pick is probably not known for his mo, he did sport one when he co-founded one of the most important tech companies of the day…
That would be Steve Jobs with the Apple I computer in 1976, with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak just out of shot (sorry Woz!). The Apple I was designed and hand-built by Wozniak, with Jobs being credited with the idea for selling the computer (it sold for $666.66). The rest, as they say, is history. Jobs is now CEO of Apple Inc. but sadly no longer sports that lovely moustache.
UPDATE: Well that’s an uncanny coincidence! Yesterday I posted The Beatles and today Steve Jobs. And look what’s making news this morning: Apple announces The Beatles are now on iTunes! I take full credit for bringing the two together of course! 😛 I’m now wondering if McCartney caved in or if Apple Corp and Apple Inc have finally kissed and made up after their long running name dispute (unlikely I know!).
